Sun & Gio Insurance in Toowoomba, QLD is hiring a Part-time Insurance Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers seeking help with their insurance needs. You will deliver friendly service, explain options, and guide customers to suitable solutions while meeting service and sales targets.

Based in our Toowoomba office, you'll join a supportive team, participate in a paid training program, and then move to a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment such as customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centre or sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to ask great questions and understand customer needs.
• Confidence using technology and navigating multiple computer systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist new and existing SUN & GIO customers with insurance enquiries, policy updates, renewals, and product information.
• Build rapport and uncover customer needs through meaningful conversations.
• Achieve service & sales targets while putting the customer first
• Educate customers on insurance products and services and help them choose solutions that suit their circumstances.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving performance outcomes.
• Confidently navigate multiple systems and tools while managing customer enquiries.
• Make complex information simple and easy for customers to understand.
