St Mary’s Catholic Primary School, Bundaberg, part-time Teacher (Inclusive Education) position commencing 18 January 2027. The role provides intervention support to students with learning needs under principal direction and in collaboration with classroom teachers.

The successful candidate will differentiate instruction, develop Personal Learning Plans with families and coordinate NCCD processes while contributing to inclusive curriculum and team-based planning.

Qualifications

• Qualified educator with inclusive education expertise.
• Ability to develop and implement Personal Learning Plans.
• Knowledge of NCCD and Disability Standards for Education.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert advice on differentiation and adjustments.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers and students to develop Personal Learning Plans.
• Organise and timetable visiting paraprofessionals.
• Coordinate case management with parents, teachers and external agencies; ensure NCCD documentation.
• Build staff capacity through coaching and embed inclusive curriculum and accessible assessment design.
