Job summary

Ozone Hospitality in Mascot, NSW is seeking a Part-time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a busy hotel housekeeping team and ensure guest rooms meet high standards.

The role starts at 8:00 AM, with opportunities for promotion and recognition through Employee of the Month program. You will supervise Room Attendants, allocate tasks, inspect rooms, and coordinate with Front Office to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced travel environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping in Australia.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate a team.
• Eye for detail and high cleaning standards.
• Available to start at 8:00 AM.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Room Attendants and Housekeepers during shifts.
• Allocate rooms and daily tasks to the team.
• Inspect rooms to meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance on room status and issues.
• Monitor linen, supplies and equipment, and restock as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Help deliver a clean, comfortable and welcoming experience for every guest.
