Job summary

Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a Health Information Clerk on a 0.6 EFT permanent part-time basis in Gippsland. The role supports the Health Information Unit with reception, clerical tasks and records management for electronic and paper medical records.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and patient information systems.
• High level data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception and administrative support to the Health Information Unit.
• Enter and manage patient information in HealthSmart iPM/Altera EMR.
• Create, scan, file and retrieve medical records accurately.
