Job summary

Smith & Co Recruitment is partnering with a Brisbane fitness business to hire a Part-Time Gym Trainer in Wynnum. The role combines 30 hours per week of hands-on coaching with social media content creation in a brand-new facility.

You'll lead sessions, coach technique, and build a vibrant, inclusive gym community while developing coaching, social media and member engagement skills. On-site role with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Certificate III and/or IV in Fitness for group fitness coaching.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Experience coaching in functional studios (Fitstop/BFT/F45) preferred.
• Strong communication and on-camera content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy group fitness sessions and motivate members.
• Coach technique and adapt exercises for different fitness levels.
• Create engaging social media content including workout reels and gym updates.
• Build welcoming, inclusive member relationships and community.
• Support gym operations and community initiatives.
