Job summary

Mounties Group is seeking a friendly Member Services Attendant to join our Harbord Diggers venue in Freshwater NSW on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering five-star service and memorable experiences.

Key duties include greeting guests, processing memberships, promoting events and handling member inquiries with a professional, courteous demeanor. RSA/RCG certification is required or obtainable before starting, with flexible hours including

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Excellent personal presentation with a high level of communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• RSA & RCG certification (or willing to obtain prior to commencement).
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain legislative requirements including club entry, RSA & RCG standards.
• General administrative duties
• Provide customers with friendly informed directions and assistance
• Up sell and promote club memberships, entertainment, promotions and events
• Process Club memberships and renewals accurately
• Professional and welcoming telephone manner to internal and external customers using the PABX / Switchboard
• Project a professional image at all times
• Enhance the Harbord Diggers experience to all members and guests
• Greet everyone with a warm and welcoming smile
