Job summary

Ingenia Communities is seeking a Part Time Grounds & Maintenance Officer for our Ballarat Lifestyle site. You will maintain outdoor spaces, perform repairs, and coordinate contractor work to keep the park welcoming and safe for residents and guests.

Ideal candidates have hands-on grounds experience, a C class licence, and a proactive, team‑oriented approach. Flexible schedules and a supportive team are offered at Ballarat Lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Hold a current C Class manual driver’s licence.
• Hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance.
• Proactive, positive, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Comfortable with manual tasks like lifting and operating tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting and pest control.
• Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site and facilities.
• Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds budgets.
• Perform WHS checks and document maintenance activities and incidents.
• Respond to resident queries and support a respectful workplace culture.
