Job summary

Magenta Shores Golf & Country Club Limited is seeking a Permanent Part Time Golf Operations Assistant on the Central Coast. The role involves supporting daily golf operations, retail activities, bookings for lessons and clinics, and delivering high‑level service to members and guests.

A chance to coach and lead clinics may also arise for qualified applicants. The successful candidate will work as part of the Golf Operations Team, under the Head Golf Professional, with days and times negotiable.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf operations, retail or bookings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily golf operations, tee sheet management and course usage.
• Manage retail sales, stock control and merchandising.
• Coordinate bookings for golf, lessons, clinics and Indoor Golf Studio.
• Prepare and present golf cart fleet and associated outside services.
• Engage with members and guests to deliver excellent service.
