GAZMAN in Miranda, NSW is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly team. If you love fashion, great service, and building real connections with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

In this part-time role (approx 15–20 hours per week), you will help customers look their best, deliver standout experiences, and contribute to a positive store culture. You’ll work with the team to hit sales KPIs and keep visuals polished.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or customer-focused environment.
• Passion for our brand and customers.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with a team-first mindset.
• Great visual merchandising and styling ability.
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends (approx. 15–20 hours per week).
• Flexibility to work increased shifts during peak periods and covering leave.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine, friendly interactions.
• Use product knowledge and styling skills to help customers look and feel their best.
• Work with your team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
