Job summary

Gazman is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at DFO Homebush. You will deliver genuine customer service, use your styling know-how, and help customers look and feel their best in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You’ll work with a friendly team to hit sales targets, contribute to a positive store culture, and keep the store looking its best through visual merchandising and stock presentation. Weekday and weekend hours available.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset.
• Great visual merchandising and styling ability.
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends (approx. 10–25 hours per week).
• Flexibility to work increased shifts as required (peak periods and covering leave of team members).
