Job summary

Responsibilities

• Undertake basic repairs to building, equipment and assets as required
• Respond to maintenance requests and update tickets
• Carry out inspections of property, assets and safety compliance
• Support line manager and contractors to ensure timely service delivery
• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors and staff
• Promote the Salvation Army Aged Care vision and values
