Job summary

Transdev John Holland Buses in Sydney is hiring a Part-time Bus Refueller to keep our fleet ready for daily service. This 5-hour shift runs 5pm–10pm, Monday to Friday, at Randwick depot, with potential weekend overtime.

You will refuel buses, perform pre-service checks, report vehicle defects, and maintain a clean, safe refuelling area while following WH&S procedures. Suitable for students or those seeking consistent evening work; a NSW C-Class licence is required.

Qualifications

• Valid NSW C‑Class Driver Licence.
• MR or HR Licence preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrated maintenance, fleet, transport, automotive or similar operational experience is essential
• Commitment to following safe work practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Refuel buses to ensure they are ready for daily service operations.
• Conduct pre‑inspection checks to monitor vehicle condition and identify issues.
• Move and park buses safely within the depot yard (training provided).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the refuelling area.
• Follow all workplace health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support depot operations.
