Southern Cross Care Queensland is seeking a permanent part-time Enrolled Nurse to join the Harold Williams' Residential Aged Care Home in Broken Hill. You will work under the guidance of the Manager and Registered Nurses to provide holistic, resident-centred care to residents.

You will also support independence, dignity and choice while collaborating with families and the wider team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualificações

• Current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Experience in Aged Care.
• Demonstrated ability to provide resident-centred nursing care.
• Competence in clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Experience in medication management and documentation.
• Ability to observe and report changes in residents’ conditions promptly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Computer literacy, including email and basic documentation systems.
• Knowledge or experience in dementia care, psychosocial needs of older people, and aged care standards.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (desirable).

Responsabilidades
