Qualifications

• Hold an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
• Current Working with Children / Blue Card requirements.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications as required.
• Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework and related guidance.

• Planning, implementing and evaluating a high-quality, child-centred kindergarten program.
• Building secure, respectful and responsive relationships with children.
• Observing children closely and using observations to inform curriculum decisions.
• Supporting sustained play, exploration and inquiry while teaching intentionally and responsively.

• Building relationships with families and collaborating with staff.
• Participating in professional reflection and quality improvement.
