Job summary

National Dental Care (NDC) is seeking a Dentist to deliver high-quality, patient-centred clinical care in line with Australian standards, working 2 days per week to support excellent patient outcomes and the practice’s clinical and commercial success.

The role fosters a collaborative, safe and respectful team environment, with opportunities to participate in Invisalign/clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry and other interest areas as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Current (or eligible) AHPRA registration as a Dentist
• Demonstrated experience as a practising Dentist, with strong capability across general dentistry
• Experience or interest in Invisalign®/clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, paediatric dentistry, sedation dentistry or other recognised special interest areas

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide a wide range of dental procedures within scope of practice and in accordance with Dental Board of Australia requirements
• Educate, inform and engage patients to support understanding of treatment options and preventive oral health care
• Refer patients to specialist clinicians where clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with dental assistants, reception teams and practice leadership to ensure seamless patient care
• Contribute to practice efficiency, patient experience and the delivery of safe, high-quality clinical services
