Alstonville Family Dental is seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our teams across Alstonville Family Dental and Maven Dental Lismore. In this part-time role (2–3 days per week) you’ll welcome patients, manage bookings, answer calls, process payments and support the dental team with general admin.

There may be a future pathway into Dental Assisting as you develop your skills. We value a professional, patient-focused approach and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous reception or customer service experience.
• Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with patients.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Enjoys working as part of a team and shows interest in dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing friendly customer service.
• Managing patient bookings and appointments.
• Answering phone calls and patient enquiries.
• Processing payments and health fund claims.
• Supporting the dental team with administrative tasks.
• Ensuring the reception area runs smoothly and efficiently.
