Qualifications

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting or higher is desirable.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control.
• Experience with dental software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a busy team and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring instruments and equipment are ready.
• Completing sterilisation and infection control procedures.
• Maintaining equipment and keeping clinical areas clean and organised.
• Supporting clinicians to keep appointments running smoothly.
• Helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
• Providing post-treatment care instructions when required.
