Job summary

Maven Dental Windsor is hiring a Part-time Dental Assistant to join a supportive team focused on quality patient care. The role is approximately 38 to 40 hours per fortnight with potential for additional hours as the practice grows.

You'll provide chairside assistance, prepare treatment rooms, maintain infection control, and support clinicians to keep appointments running smoothly while delivering a friendly patient experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting or above desirable.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and infection control.
• Experience with dental software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a busy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are ready.
• Complete sterilisation and infection control procedures.
• Maintain equipment and keep clinical areas clean and organised.
• Support clinicians to keep appointments running smoothly.
• Assist with general practice and administrative tasks.
• Help patients feel comfortable during visits.
