Job summary

Bupa Dental Cleveland is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant - Receptionist to join our friendly Cleveland practice. This role combines front-office reception with clinical assistance, supporting patient appointments, billing and records while upholding infection control standards.

You’ll help manage the schedule, assist dental professionals, and contribute to patient education and a professional, welcoming patient experience at our conveniently located clinic.

Qualifications

• Provide chair-side assistance for dental professionals during treatment.
• Maintain infection control standards and clinic procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, billing, payments and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side assistance for dental procedures.
• Clean and prepare the treatment room, dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control standards and BDC procedures.
• Manage appointment schedules including booking, cancellation, rebooking and confirming appointments as required.
• Support clinical care delivery and promote patient education in dental health.
