Job summary

Food to Nourish in West Gosford, NSW is hiring a Customer Service & Dispatch team member for a permanent part-time 3.5 days per week, 1 year maternity cover. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and assist with warehouse duties to keep stock flowing smoothly.

This hands-on role suits a practical, self-motivated person who can work independently, stay organised under pressure, lift up to 15 kg, and help the small team deliver reliable service to our customers and wholesale partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, dispatch or warehousing.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Clear and confident communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to lift up to 15kg and perform physical duties.
• Able to work independently with initiative.
• Willingness to work across tasks in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and responding to customer emails.
• Processing online, retailer and distributor orders.
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
• Booking freight and coordinating with transport providers.
• Receiving deliveries and stocking checks.
• Maintaining accurate records and invoices.
• Keeping online stock levels updated and storage tidy.
• Assist other team members as required.
