Mind Australia is seeking a compassionate Community Mental Health Practitioner to join the Adult Step-Up Step-Down service in Gladstone on a fixed-term, part-time basis. You will support adults with mental health challenges to achieve personal recovery goals within a recovery-oriented framework, helping build daily living skills, confidence and connections to the community.

Competenze

• Experience supporting people with mental health challenges and complex needs.
• Understanding of recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practice.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

• Provide recovery-focused, person-centred support within a residential setting.
• Support people to develop daily living skills, routines, confidence and independence.
• Build positive relationships that promote safety, trust, wellbeing and recovery.
• Support people to strengthen and maintain social connections and community participation.
