Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes around Shepparton area.
• Current first aid and CPR certificate is essential.
• Current and valid Driver’s Licence and comprehensive insurance, reliable motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry and companionship.
• Assist with personal cares, mobility, and prompting with medication.
• Support clients to achieve goals in partnership with other support networks.
• Promote customer choice, routines and meaningful activities for clients.
