Job summary

Team Rehab Solutions is seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our North Brisbane team on a part-time basis, delivering dietetic care to clients in their homes and community settings with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You’ll work with NDIS and Home Care clients, drawing on the expertise of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists and other dietitians to provide holistic care. Travel across the Moreton Bay region is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Dietetics with accreditation.
• DA membership/registration is required.
• Current professional registration and indemnity insurance.
• Blue Card or ability to obtain one.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Interest in NDIS/Home Care clients.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised dietetic assessment, education and intervention.
• Support clients to identify and achieve nutrition and lifestyle goals.
• Apply evidence-based nutrition strategies across health conditions.
• Provide medical nutrition therapy where appropriate.
• Collaborate with the broader multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to growth and development of the dietetic service.
• Build strong relationships with clients to improve quality of life.
