Job summary

Team Rehab Solutions is seeking a passionate Dietitian for a part-time community role in the North Brisbane area. You will deliver home-based dietetic care, work with NDIS/Home Care clients, and collaborate with a wide multidisciplinary team to support client goals.

This role requires a degree in Dietetics, DA membership, and full registration, with travel across the Moreton Bay region. Flexible 2–3 days per week and supportive culture offered.

Qualifications

• A recognised Degree in Dietetics.
• Current Dietitians Australia membership / accreditation.
• Full professional registration as required.
• Current Blue Card, or the ability to obtain one.
• A current driver’s licence.
• A genuine interest in working with NDIS and Home Care clients.

Responsibilities

• Providing individualised dietetic assessment, education and intervention.
• Supporting clients to identify and achieve their nutrition and lifestyle goals.
• Applying evidence-based nutrition strategies across a range of health conditions.
• Providing medical nutrition therapy where appropriate.
• Working collaboratively with the broader multidisciplinary team.
• Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the dietetic service.
• Building strong relationships with clients and supporting them to improve their quality of life.
