Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic internal communications plan aligned with goals, including clearly defined communication objectives, audience segmentation, key messaging, and channel selection.
- Source and curate meaningful stories from villages, home care clients, and staff to highlight community impact, promote engagement, and align with organisational messaging.
- Support public relations efforts by coordinating with the corporate communications team and external agencies to provide timely and relevant information, stories, and media content.
- Support change management initiatives by creating targeted communication plans and materials that guide employees, residents, and prospective residents through organisational transitions, promoting understanding and engagement.
- Serve as a communication link between senior leadership and employees, delivering key updates, announcements, and initiatives to promote transparency, alignment, and organisational cohesion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including development, sales and marketing, and operations—to gather insights and ensure internal communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with business priorities.
About You:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- You bring experience in internal or corporate communications
- You’re confident in supporting change management initiatives
- You’re passionate about creating clear, meaningful connections across diverse audiences
