You will drive rosters, service standards and scheduling while protecting the clinic’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising daily operations of a clinic or comparable service environment.
• Ability to schedule, roster, bill, manage supplies and ensure accuracy.
• Experience leading reception/admin or customer service teams.
• Translate owner priorities into clear tasks, deadlines and action.
• Improve appointment utilisation, retention or service consistency.
• Introduce practical systems to improve reliability and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead reception and administration team and ensure accountability.
• Set daily priorities, rosters and service standards.
• Maintain and improve clinic systems, processes and routines.
• Enhance patient journey from enquiry to appointment, payment and follow-up.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance issues with the owner.
• Use reports to identify scheduling gaps and implement improvements.
• Protect clinic reputation, culture and professional standards.
• Report to the owner and follow through on priorities.
