Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Goulburn is seeking a part-time cook to prepare nutritious meals for children, five days a week, with no weekends or evenings.

You’ll hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or have childcare kitchen experience; NSW Working with Children Check is required. The role emphasizes safe food handling, dietary awareness, and collaboration with the Centre Director to plan menus and order supplies.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or childcare kitchen experience preferred.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals that meet dietary requirements and allergies.
• Plan menus and order supplies in consultation with the Centre Director.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Work a part-time roster of 27.5 hours per week.
