Job summary

The Body Shop Australia is seeking a Part Time Beauty Advisor to be rostered for XX hours per week on a rotating roster. You will support the store management team by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor and achieving sales targets.

You will learn customer needs, recommend products, and provide inspirational insights into The Body Shop philosophy. Availability Monday through Sunday is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport.
• A team player open to daily coaching/feedback from Store/Assistant Manager.
• A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
• Confident in reaching store targets and sales.
• Available Monday through Sunday.
