Job summary

The Body Shop Australia is recruiting a Part Time Beauty Advisor who will be rostered to work XX hours per week on a rotating roster. You will support the store management team by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

Key duties include learning customer needs, recommending products, upholding company values, and offering expert product advice. Availability Monday through Sunday and willingness to receive coaching are encouraged to succeed in sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
• A team player open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.
• A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
• Confident in reaching store targets.
