Ozmosis Leopold is seeking a motivated part-time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead the crew on the shop floor. You will help drive store performance, foster teamwork, and create a welcoming, high-energy environment for customers and staff alike.

This role offers a structured Tuesday-to-Saturday roster of 36 hours per week, with opportunities to grow across retail and the broader business, while being part of a team that values sustainability, health and wellbeing, and

Responsibilities

• As a part-time Assistant Store Manager at Ozmosis Leopold you will:
• Support the Store Manager to lead the crew and keep the store running strong
• Step up and take the lead when needed — setting the tone on the floor
• Build a motivated, high-energy team that backs each other
• Help create a store people want to be part of — not just shop in
• Keep things moving day to day — from people to performance to store operations and standards
• Work a set roster Tues - Sat 36 hours per week
