Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager as Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
• Help lead, support and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Assist with the daily running of the department.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain high standards.
• Train and support team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist with guest requests and housekeeping concerns.
• Help implement and maintain housekeeping procedures.
• Step up and take charge when the Housekeeping Manager is unavailable.
