Job summary

Community Kids St Helens Park is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Educator to join our supportive team. You’ll contribute to creating a high-quality learning environment for children aged 0–5, with 22.5 hours per week and a 2,500 retention bonus paid in stages.

This role offers flexible hours and a collaborative, family-focused workplace. ACECQA approved Certificate III in Children’s Services is required, along with EYLF/NQS understanding, current WWCC, and First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate III in Children’s Services.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Proven educator experience with children 0–5 years.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid certificate / CPR.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the learning environment for children aged 0–5 years.
• Maintain safe, nurturing, and engaging learning spaces for daily activities.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
