G8 Education’s Kindy Patch Medowie Centre is hiring an Assistant Educator to join a passionate team of early childhood professionals. You will support qualified educators in delivering an engaging program for children aged 0–5, contributing to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

We offer above‑award wages, a $2,500 retention bonus (50% after 3 months and 50% after 12 months, subject to eligibility), weekly pay, career development opportunities and access to online learning

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Cert 3 or Diploma in Children's Services.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Experience with children 0–5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Working with Children Check required.
• First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating an engaging learning environment for 0–5 years.
• Support routines and activities to foster development.

Kindy Patch Medowie Centre is offering an exceptional candidate a Assistant Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 76 children with operating hours from 7:00am to 6pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
