Job summary

Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking qualified Care Workers to join our Springwood residential aged care team on a part-time basis. You’ll provide personal care, support independence and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

You’ll rotate across shifts with 2x Morning Shift - Monday to Wednesday and 1x Morning Shift - Wednesday to Friday. We offer permanent part-time employment, salary packaging up to $18,550 and access to our rewards program and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
• Experience in aged care, disability, health or community services
• Availability to work a rotating roster across a range of shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Genuine commitment to person-centred care

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily living support
• Building genuine relationships with residents and families
• Promoting residents' dignity, rights and individual choices
