HammondCare At Home is expanding and seeking permanent part-time Specialised Carers to support clients across Port Macquarie and nearby suburbs. You will travel to clients’ homes in your own car and be paid per km, with paid travel time and a mobile phone provided.

Role includes personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and medication assistance. Flexible days, weekend loading if desired, and paid training are available.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Aged Care or willingness to complete.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured car.
• Flexible, compassionate and patient approach to home care.
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes across Port Macquarie area.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care such as showering and dressing.
• Assist with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Transport clients to appointments and assist with shopping.
• Assist with medication administration as required.
