The role emphasizes food safety, presentation, and resident satisfaction, with a consistent roster, supportive leadership, and a friendly team environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role, aged care experience preferred.
• Cert III in commercial cookery desirable
• Experience with large-volume cooking and stock control

Mansioni

• Produce high-quality meals in line with aged care guidelines and QA procedures.
• Assist with menu design and changes.
• Assist with deliveries and general kitchen cleanup duties.
• Prepare special diets (puree, gluten-free, texture modified).
• Work harmoniously with the team in a busy kitchen.
