Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating a small administrative team.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Experience managing patient health records and scheduling in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness to undertake a Medical Terminology Course.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Administration Support Officer team.
• Ensure health appointments are scheduled and managed within contractual timeframes.
• Oversee the maintenance, confidentiality, and security of patient health records.
• Prepare and manage healthcare activity reporting and administrative documentation.
• Provide administrative support to healthcare staff and management.
• Maintain efficient office systems and workflows that support service delivery.
