• Working with the school leadership team to implement the Diocesan Action Plan for the Education of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
• Role model for students, promoting pride in cultural identity and schooling.
• Promoting welcome and belonging to foster respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture.
• Supporting the school to understand and respect Indigenous knowledge and traditions to build mutual respect.
• Raising expectations and developing individualised plans with cultural, curriculum and career goals.
• Developing partnerships with local Aboriginal community, families and school.
