Job summary

Fairfield City Council's City Delivery, Parks and Open Space department is seeking dedicated Plant Operators to join our Open Space Branch. This role involves operating mowers, tractors, and weed spraying equipment to assist in maintenance of parks, gardens, and open spaces.

We are looking for a physically fit and safety-conscious operator who takes pride in their work. The successful candidate will perform daily operation, maintenance, and care of plant and equipment to high safety and quality

Qualifications

• Current Class 1A driver's licence is required.
• Knowledge and practical application of WHS principles and Work Health and Safety legislation.
• Experience operating plant and equipment.
