Origin Energy is seeking a motivated entrant to join our LPG & Logistics pathway in Parkes, NSW. This unique role starts with terminal operations and progresses toward Cylinder Exchange Driver responsibilities, with enterprise qualifications provided.

You'll learn on the job, perform terminal tasks, support customer service on site, and advance through safety and HSE processes, with opportunities to progress to LPG Tanker driving.

Qualifications

• Reliability and a ‘can do attitude’.
• A current valid Car Licence with a willingness to upgrade to MR.
• Current Forklift Licence (Desirtable).
• Physical fitness and ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including repetitive lifting and manoeuvring cylinders.
• Communication skills and a proven track record in customer service focused delivery roles.
• Commitment to safety culture with a safety-first mind set.

Responsibilities

• Performing terminal tasks ie, filling gas cylinders, loading/unloading trucks and housekeeping.
• Ensuring that deliveries are made in an accurate and timely manner while providing exceptional customer service onsite
• Demonstrating effective time management skills in relation to terminal logistics and daily tasks, including working autonomously
• Contribute to safety reviews & activities including; HSE Meetings, training & paperwork requirements
