Reflections Holidays in NSW offers a role supporting park operations through lawn and garden maintenance, guest facilities upkeep, and minor repairs. You will work as part of a friendly team, providing helpful service to visitors and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

We value a can-do, independent attitude, a valid Australian work rights, a driving licence and reliable transport, and flexibility for weekends and peak holiday periods. Experience in hospitality is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Drivers Licence and access to reliable transport.
• Ability to work productively and independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Great teamwork skills.
• A can-do, solutions-focused attitude.
• Physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.
• Flexible availability for weekends, peak holiday seasons and public holidays.
• Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining lawns, gardens and trees.
• Cleaning and upkeep of amenities and guest facilities.
• Complete minor repairs and maintenance throughout the park.
• Assisting and directing visitors within the park.
• Following work health & safety procedures.
• Providing excellent, high-level customer service.
