G'day Group, owner of Discovery Parks, is seeking a Grounds & Maintenance role to ensure high guest satisfaction across park assets and grounds. You will perform garden upkeep, basic maintenance, and front-office support while upholding safety and brand standards.

The role requires flexibility for weekends and after-hours work, with a driver’s license essential and pool maintenance experience advantageous for add-on responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance.
• Sound computer skills for admin and booking tasks.
• Excellent time management and the ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with guests and team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, evenings, and after-hours call outs.
• Pool maintenance experience is advantageous.
• Current drivers license is essential.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
