Job summary

Empire Group in Sydney's west seeks an experienced career Paralegal to support a Workers Compensation team. You will assist Partners and senior fee earners, drafting documents and managing matters to ensure efficient client service.

The role involves liaising with clients, courts, and external stakeholders, providing case preparation support and helping deliver high-quality work within deadlines in a boutique firm setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Paralegal or Legal Secretary experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office and document formatting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drafting legal correspondence and court documents.
• Liaise with clients, courts, and external stakeholders.
• Support solicitors with litigation matters and case preparation.
