A rare and exciting opportunity for a casual Paralegal to join the Adelaide Insurance team at Mills Oakley.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Adelaide Insurance team on a casual basis. You will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers to provide legal services to some of Australia’s largest insurers.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in case management;
• Preparing settlement documents and overseeing the settlement process;
• Preparing court documents;
• Preparing briefs to experts and Counsel;
• Managing third party recoveries; and
• Liaising with clients and other parties as necessary.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Paralegal and the ability to work a minimum of 2 days per week. You will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
