Job summary

The Andersen Partnership in Sydney is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to support a Partner on a diverse portfolio of property matters. You will assist with contracts, leasing, settlements and registrations, gaining exposure to large-scale transactions and private portfolios.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Property Paralegal at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and leasing.
• Experience with PEXA, settlements and property registrations.
• Excellent attention to detail, communications and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, reviewing and negotiating commercial property contracts.
• Assisting with commercial and retail leasing documentation.
• Coordinating settlements, PEXA workspaces and property registrations.
• Assisting with property acquisitions, disposals and development matters.
• Liaising with clients, agents and external stakeholders.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join a highly regarded national law firm in Sydney.

Working closely with a Partner, you will provide support across a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters, including property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, leasing and ongoing portfolio management. You will also gain exposure to a variety of clients and matters, ranging from large-scale commercial property interests to private client portfolios.
