Bears Auto Group in Sydney seeks an experienced Panel Beater to join our Taren Point team. You will work across insurance, OEM and dealer warranty repairs, and large-scale hail programs, contributing to our high standards of workmanship.

Trade qualification and strong teamwork are essential for this role within a family-owned, nationally recognised repair group. We offer opportunities for leadership and career growth as part of a growing national network, with a focus on quality and capability.

Formación

• Trade qualified with appropriate certs or apprenticeships.
• 3+ years of experience for qualified trades roles.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality.
• Desire to be part of a professional, close-knit team.
• Ability to interpret OEM procedures and repair blueprinting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy for job tracking and system updates.
