Job summary

Royans Transport Accident Repairs is seeking a skilled panel beater or a committed 3rd-4th year apprentice to join our workshop team in a full-time, on-site role. You will work on heavy and light vehicles, drawing on trade qualifications in panel beating or advancing your skills as an apprentice.

We value reliability, attention to detail and a strong work ethic, with support across 27 locations across Australia and New Zealand. WHS compliant and team-focused.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology, or an equivalent trade qualification.
• Sound technical skills and experience in panel repair and body repair.

Responsibilities

• Removing, repairing, and replacing panels and components.
• Repairing dents, scratches, and other exterior damage.
• Prepping surfaces for painting and refinishing.
• Stripping and refitting heavy-duty components ensuring proper fitment.
• Collaborating with painters, estimators, and team to meet schedule.
• Adhering to WHS policies and maintaining a clean workshop.
• Maintaining a safe, organised work environment.
