Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in panel beating or 3rd/4th year in active apprenticeship.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and specialised panel beating equipment.
• Knowledge of welding and bonding techniques for vehicle panel repair.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and professional attitude.
• Solid understanding of automotive safety standards and workshop procedures.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Current driver's license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage and determine efficient repair methods.
• Remove and reshape damaged panels using hand and power tools.
• Weld and bond panels to restore vehicles.
• Prepare panels for painting with smooth surfaces and proper finish.
• Collaborate with workshop team and follow safety protocols.
• Record work and maintain accurate job documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of workshop practices and efficiency.
