Soper Smash Repairs in Rutherford, NSW, is hiring for a hands-on role in our collision repair team. The position offers a 4-day work week, with hours from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, in a spacious, well-equipped workshop with ample parking.

You will join a down-to-earth team that values quality workmanship and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role, takes pride in detail, and works independently.
