Job summary

Sydney Local Health District is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Palliative Care team at Concord Centre for Palliative Care. The role focuses on patient-centred, evidence-informed nursing care for end-of-life and respite needs, working with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.

The successful candidate will hold current AHPRA registration, have Australian hospital experience, and be available for a 7-day rotating roster at Concord Repatriation General

Qualifications

• Must have current nursing registration with AHPRA.
• Experience in Australian hospital settings.
• Available to work a 7-day rotating roster.
• Demonstrated evidence-informed practice and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centred nursing care within CCPC.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with patients, families and care teams to achieve identified health outcomes.
